I recently had the opportunity to visit and have lunch with the management and staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to the residents they serve.<br>The facility is very clean and well cared for, and you can truly see the compassion the team has for the people who live there. I’ve never had so many positive interactions from so many different staff people as I did when I walked into Heritage Avonlea. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.

All existing staff are excellent to work with. Wish there were a few more, but patient care is #1. Patients always seem to be engaged,. This includes my Sister which is unusual. Staff works well with her even when she's crabby. WIFI badly needs to be upgraded.
