My mother was blessed with the staff and standard of care provided by this facility. Her room was always clean, she enjoyed the meals and the staff were attentive and caring. My mom was not here very long, but staff knew her by name and her likes/dislikes and always greeted me warmly when I visited.

I am sad the way people treat my mother when she asks for something.People like to scream at her.That's not the way you treat patients

Terrible place!! Please do not send your loved ones here… unless you are willing to stay there day and night to help monitor. They are extremely low staffed and will give your loved ones the same exact meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

I spent several weeks at Heritage. I have to say the rehab was poor. I left because I could have better one on one rehab at home. But I must say the food was yummy and reminded me of things my mom and grandma used to make. :) the nurses and cmas were very good to me, and a VERY special thank you to Barbie the sweetest little lady ever. Never too busy to help me whatever I needed.
