I work from home and my mom recently moved in after a stroke . She has been receiving care for years and never have they ever visited her from agency. Today they called to say they are coming tomorrow morning at 0900 am for Annual visit. To me that is very rude to show up with a one day notice when now a days people also work from home and you are interrupting work! Also communication is horrible managers never call back when patients have questions . If it wasn’t because we have been with the same caregiver for years we would immediately drop this agency

Clearly states 8am open all over internet and been many times by 8am The lady at the front desk states they open 9am with attitude. If you don't like your job go work somewhere else and change your damn time cause your wasting people time and money!!

Poor communication regarding my sons visitation schedule. They don't bother to call you on their own will. You have to call them like a freaking million times just to get them to return your calls.

The home care worker that had been taking care of my disabled mother quit less than a day before her appointment. This company had no one to back-fill and had no idea when or if they would have anyone to assist my mother--ever. This is unconscionable, especially since my husband and I live on the other side of the country. This company would leave dependent elderly people to rot with no notice and no ability to meet their contractual obligations.

If you care about someone do NOT go here. This is the most unprofessional, disorganized group of aloof women you never want to have to deal with. No respect. Condescending. Overly critical. The rules change depending on who recently got sacked. The office turnover is constant. If you call to express your concerns they put you on speakerphone and have others listen in, extremely rude. As for billing? Keep track of all your receipts that is regularly inaccurate. They have a Chicago billing office and the two offices never are in harmony. Keep searching! DO NOT GO HERE!
