I was my son's care giver and the agency was easy to work for and with. Clock in/was very easy, the checklist for activities is easy to complete and the benefits and pay were great.

3 weekends in a row, nobody showed for a 90 year old woman who is bedridden. No water, medicine or food. ONE WORD: Don't!!!! Again, another weekend 1.18.26 and no call, no show for both 12 hour shifts. This is 3 weekends in a row but you are concerned? You should have your license taken away and I'm going to contact the state of Pennsylvania. The woman is 90 years old and bedridden so you leave her for 24 hours with no medicine and no food and no water. Yet you're concerned? 5-15-26 Again, no call, no show weekend B4 last. No call no show today 5.15.26 They don't care but get the money from the state. The coordinator Michelle should be fired. My phone also disappeared under their watch. Photos & Video will be posted later today. Medicaid will be called Monday to report this horrible agency. Again 3 weeks later, no call no show. Notified State of PA.

I just want to say Help at home has the been the best agency by far. i’ve been with Excel for about eight years until my first client passed away as of right now I’m taking care of my grandmother, Excel goes above and beyond for her. Charles my case manager makes sure my grandmother has all the accessories she needs to make sure she stays healthy and safe. My grandmother is well taken care of with help at home. If there’s a glitch in the system or if there’s a threat with her services Charles is calling me as soon as possible I just want to say thank you guys for being a part of my support system.

My experience with Help At Home has been such an amazing time considering that the employees are all such enthusiastic people! They are very outgoing and considerate! My process hasnt been the fastest or the best but not because of the company or anything they have done. They have been sincerely passionate and patient with my situation. I would like to thank Ms. Jessica for her time helping my family!
