I was trying to get private duty nurses for my child as dr ordered. I had 2 nurses assigned for a few weeks but never knew what days a nurse was coming as the office never called to notify me or ask any questions. I contacted the nurses individually to confirm what days someone was coming. In the past 4 weeks I have had no nurse. I have called the office atleast 4 times or more. Each time I was told by Morgan that I have to check with Cheryl regarding staffing. I was transferred to her number 2 different times and left a message but did not receive a return call. I have called Morgan again and she stated she was going to call Cheryl and call me back. No call back again. I called again on Monday July q3th. I left a message with receptionist stated Morgan was on the phone. I told her I had left messages and she has not called me back. She said she was going to give her the message and my phone number and "hopefully she will call you back ". Still waiting on the call. Do not waste your time with this agency. I am working on changing agencies now but what a waste of time and dr ordered care.
