Don’t do it . They don’t care ! Our psychotic aide was hired online she said they never meet her . The profanity bullying .. had panic type attacks because the Down syndrome patient said she talked to much !!! The branch manager in the office seems so offended by the complaint once again it fell on death ears no compassion at all .. The profanity in our home plus way too much personal information from the care giver . This company even loaded the patient up n took her to the park … against policy I wonder why they make these policy’s if they don’t matter … the headquarters phone number is out of service . So here I am telling the world !!! If ya love your family this isn’t the place ! Look at the review s wished we would have .
