Great care, friendly and caring staff, Heartlite in Dalton, GA treats everyone like they are family and their service is truly from the Heart. They came out and answered all our questions and didn’t pressure us to make a decision, they gave us straightforward answers and explained everything we had doubts about. We spent much needed time with our dad and my mom received the hands on help and assistance she needed caring for my step father, before she was struggling to care for my step father hurt once Heartlite came onboard things turned around and we would recommend this company to anyone looking for care and service, from the first encounter you will know you made the best decision choosing Heartlite. May God bless these beautiful souls, they are truly doing this work from the Heart

Exceptional Service from start to finish the staff was amazing. From the moment we realize our loved one would need hospice care. There were many companies that popped up, but only one stood out. We read many reviews, we asked several healthcare professionals and we reached out to people within the community and ask simply who would you trust your loved one too if hospice was needed, not one, not two, but multiple people referred us to Heartlite hospice. We can’t say enough, on the care our loved one received. From the intake to the informational sessions every encounter with the staff made us feel like we were making the right decision, since I no longer live in Georgia I had to rely heavily on reviews and referrals to help my mom make the best decision for my Dad. Heartlite treated us like family. There were no calls that went unanswered. There were no visits that went missed. We needed service they came running. The decision to put a loved one on hospice is not easy, but if you ever are faced with such a difficult decision, please take our word Heartlite hospice in Georgia is the best company with dignity, compassion, and courtesy to work with.
