They are loving people, they have been taking care of one of ladies for the last several months. They came into the home, with grace and empathy. Willing to help any way they can. Alyssa Crutchfield is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She is so loving with my lady that she is taking care of. Thank you guys so much. We appreciate everything you are doing for her.

Heartland Hospice has some of the most caring people. From my mother's first day with them to her last, they did everything possible to make her last days on earth comfortable. They treated her as more than just a patient. She became more like a Nana to some. The personal touch they gave made the difference. I will always sing the praises of this group. They are top on my list of referrals if you are ever in need.

They are by far the best hospice company I have ever delt with. They are very compassionate and caring. They come immediately when we call them. They truly care about our patients.

My mother used their service, and I would tell anyone looking to find somewhere else. Mom had aggressive pancreatic cancer, and they made her wait a day every time she upped the pain management, even though she was still in excruciating pain. When she was finally allowed morphine drops, it took them 8 hours to fill the prescription. By this time, she was in so much pain, she asked to go to the hospital. They told us no. We told them to cancel our contract, and took her anyways. They came back later and apologized. I still would tell anyone looking for hospice to look elsewhere

Heartland Hospice cared for our mom for 3 months before her death on May 16. I wish that I could give them more stars because I would. Everyone on our care team was so gentle and kind. They were all true professionals. Mom loved her caregivers, Jenny, Tasha, Staci, Kim, Ashley, Deb, and Pastor John. They also cared how we were doing and that meant a great deal to us. I highly recommend Heartland Hospice.
