Heartland Hospice has been wonderful to my uncle and family. Yesterday I was honored to be a part of honoring my uncle for his service in the Army. It was so special and a thanks he never received when he came home. The staff that performed the ceremony were so caring and kind. Gabby has been his nurse and is so good to him and makes sure my mom is always kept up to date. Thank you Heartland Hospice from the family of Jerry Reese.

My sister received wonderful care from her nurse and aid. Dan was her nurse and he was super attentive and kind while caring for my sister. Colleen was also exceptional. They are two wonderful people. Thank you both so much for keeping my sister comfortable in her illness.

We have two of the best taking care of our dad. Colleen knows just what to say and do to make him comfortable during showers. She goes above and beyond for him. Ally makes him feel like he is completely involved even though sometimes he has no idea what she is talking about. She never makes him feel unheard. She always makes sure we have all supplies and questions answered. Oh and our dogs are always happy to see Colleen to give them treats. Thank you to the whole team we could not do this without all your help and support.

Ok, sooo....I'm not even sure where to start. Our family has been working with Heartland since October of 2025. Every encounter with them has been absolutely wonderful. Our nurse, Maggie, is so great! Very personable, yet professional. Extremely knowledgeable and so willing to take the time to explain the process, and to teach. The level of care that she shows "her families" is well above and beyond what any of us expected. Catie, our CNA, always has a smile on her face. She is always so sweet and friendly and takes great care of her patients. Like Maggie, Catie is very personable, professional, and extremely kind. Both of these ladies have become such a big part of our family. Both deserve immense credit and recognition! Arnold. (On behalf of the Halder Family)

Colleen has been amazing!!! My dad was on hospice first and still is but then my mom was placed in hospice care. The whole Heartland team have been a gift from God. Colleen's professionalism and humor combined have made this whole process much calmer and more comforting to know that my parents and my whole family are in good hands. The care she provides for my parents makes my life easier. I honestly do not know how I would be able to do this without her!!! Thank you Colleen for all that you do!!! Now give this girl a raise!!!
