I’m only giving two stars because some of the staff are actually genuinely caring. My aunt WAS at this facility and I don’t recommend it and IF you’re unfortunate enough to be placed here or have family in here I encourage you to make surprise visits and don’t make it a routine because they’ll make sure everything is fine even when it isn’t. They’re definitely up to something nefarious and the state needs to step in and take control. Too many residents and not enough staff. Bed bugs have been a problem. My aunt’s clothing was stolen countless times. They don’t pay attention to the residents or my aunt wouldn’t have had to be taken by ambulance being unresponsive in bed for God knows how long and placed in a medically induced coma on a ventilator twice this year alone (2025) and April just started. She ALWAYS has a tell before she’s that bad. It’s not something that comes on suddenly. Pneumonia takes time to set in and they’re extremely neglectful.

Definitely much better than it was many years ago! Building has had many updates. The staff is amazing. They genuinely care about the residents and it shows. Nursing Management and Admin are amazing and very accommodating. The staff face many challenges and definitely overcome them effortlessly. I would for sure recommend.

Watch out for this place. Whitney and the nurses on her shift are awesome and did a great job with taking care of my aunt. However, the next shift of nurses didn't want me to take my aunt on a visit because supposedly there was a list of people that could but they couldnt provide the list when asked. They claimed there were lots of rules but were unable to provide documentation to back those claims. The only reason Im giving this place three stars is because Whitney and the nurses on her shift were amazing. Also, watch out for the blonde admin. She seems to have hidden agendas with her residents and isnt any better than the nurses that were a problem.

The food is regular for everyone, no diabetic diet is considered , very short staffed , the place is locked up even visitors have to ask to get out , my mother was there for a week and she just had quadruple bypass surgery and they let her lay in her own feseses for 2 hours , staff is unfriendly, and when we tryed to transfer her to another facility they said that she had behavioral issues so they would not take her because they would do anything to keep a good paying client, but offer no care for cardiac rehab . Thier call system was broken an they gave mom a bell to ring she was at the end of the hall farthest away from the nurses station and she is 79 years old this month I wouldn't take my dog to this place and when I ask my friend about it they said it was a bad place .

My sister was sent there for rehab. Because of her insurance it was the only place to go. It smelled liked urine from the front door and decor was junk from the 20's. The people were nice, but stole her throw and robe and replaced it with a raggedy one. Very depressing. If I were able to care for her on my own, she would never have been there. The state needs to be involved (2021)
