They didn’t call me when my homemaker quit or ever really, I felt like I was doing them a service by calling them only to be left hanging.<br>What home health care company can feel good about their service knowing I’m disabled and not sending help for over 5 months. I did have a lapse in insurance but called immediately when it was reinstated. They said “we’ll have someone out next week”, no phone call or help.

Healthmax has been the WORST company, by far...had the health nurse canceled on me twice, (he also expected me to lock my dog up while he was here..) my case plans were not completed on time, and they didnt do my health case plan, leaving services to lapse for myself. Then a month later decide to call me to let me know this. I ALREADY KNEW THIS! DUH. Payroll cant get their stuff straight. Switching companies wo a doubt. The worst experience I've ever had...dont waste your time, I recommend finding someone else
