The absolute WORST place out there! They leave clients alone for weeks at a time and when you call the office and talk to a poorly speaking Chinese lady, she talks over you,cuts you off and and is the rudest person I have ever spoken to! She thinks me not understanding her is MY FAULT and then blamed me for THEM not having any help! The first time was 4 weeks with zero help now it's going on 2 again! They seem to care MORE about the office staff than they do clients. I was given the name of a supervisor to talk to the first time they left me alone and this time they would not let me speak to her. First the other office person quit because they could never find help and then my worker quit too and had the same complaints about the office as I do. I think they are a company of 3! They sign you up and then don't help you. There needs to be legal consequences for those that do this to seniors. It's like this place HOPES clients quit. If you need help at home you will not get it from these people!
