Having been the Executive Director of two local assisted living facilities, I have had the pleasure of working closely with HCAT and CCG for the past several years. Lance and his team went above and beyond for one of my new residents, arranging for free transportation at a moment's notice during a time of need. We love all the staff that come in our building to help provide therapy to our residents. This organization truly treats every patient, client, and business partner like family.

I have used Community Caregivers several times for both of my parents. The therapists that have helped my family have always been so kind and caring. I have also work in Assisted Living for the past 31 years. CCG has been a steady company that we use for our residents. Great people!

This is a business I watched grow from the ground up for well over 30 years. I’ve witnessed first hand how important patient care is for the entire staff. Along with the professionalism and compassion for the patients and their families. When my loved ones reach the point in their lives where they need this specialized type of care this is the first and only place I will go.

We called health care associates for physical therapy for my dad, Shannon went above and beyond to find the right person to help with my dad. The therapist she found for us works great with my dad and is really helping in the areas where we could not get the help with in the first place. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you need advice or help with any matters.

Heath Care Associates helped my grandmother do some daily tasks she needed help with. The associate that came out was very professional, kind, and helpful. My grandmother and our family couldn't be more satisfied with this company. Highly recommend.
