Worst company on God's green earth. My husband passed away 6 days ago, and they won't and don't care about coming to pick up the equipment. Even though the hospice company has repeatedly ask them. Apparently, I'm not the only one. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

One star is being generous right now. I have been waiting for 5 days for them to pick up my husband's medical equipment. When I called them today I was told that I was on the schedule to have the equipment picked up and they would call me. Unbeknownst to me, this was 30 minutes before the office closed. I waited for an hour for a phone call-nwver happened. Called them this evening the after hours person asked "are you in a hurry and need them gone?". This, in my opinion is uncaring and unprofessional. I guess I shouldn't assume they would have compassion with someone who has recently lost a spouse. Edited to add: when the equipment was originally delivered, it was basically brought in and my daughter and husband were not shown how to operate it

Ryan was the delivery and setup technician who brought my dad’s hospital bed the night he was admitted to hospice at home, and I cannot say enough about him. He arrived after hours without hesitation. The bed itself looked older and far from simple to assemble, especially inside our tiny RV where there was barely space to move. But Ryan handled it all quickly and skillfully. He was absolutely compassionate, incredibly kind, and completely professional from the moment he walked in. He treated my dad with such tenderness and respect, and he treated our entire family the same way. In the middle of an overwhelming and emotional night, his calm, steady presence made all the difference. He carefully showed us how to use every control on the bed and made sure we felt comfortable before he left. He never rushed us, and he never made us feel like we were “just another stop.” We truly felt cared for. After my dad went to Heaven, Ryan called first thing the very next morning and came right away to pick up the bed. That simple act spared our family from having it sit there as a painful reminder of the night before. His compassion didn’t end when the delivery was complete. Ryan brought professionalism, dignity, and genuine kindness into one of the hardest moments of our lives. We are deeply, deeply grateful. God bless you, Ryan!

If I could give no stars I truly would. The dispatch people were okay, but let me tell you how DISRESPECTFUL and INCONSIDERATE their on call staff was. Was told we would get a call back with an ETA, no call back, both myself and the hospice company called. I informed dispatch that my 7 year old son will not come into the house because the bed his grandfather passed on is still here in the living room. Finally after the 3rd call, we get a call back. The man on call should absolutely be ashamed of himself and probably take a look at a different job. He stated his name said they’re closed on weekends and HUNG UP. Call wasn’t dropped, he intentionally HUNG UP! “We understand the challenges that come with end-of-life care, which is why we are committed to making the process as smooth as possible. Our experienced staff works closely with hospice teams to provide seamless service, helping families focus on what truly matters” -Company website (Maybe they should take this off their website) They should also do a service to their clients and educate to their employees what compassion, kindness and grief is. God bless the others this has happened to.
