Absolutely horrible. If your friend, family or relative is admitted to this facility with their own equipment (in our instance it was a VPAP Machine) they will discharge your loved one, without said equipment and then claim the equipment was never admitted with the patient. This equipments costs $1,000.00 and now they're making me jump through hoops, file a police report and report them to the TN Health Commission, rather then just owning their error, to ensure the extension of my grandmother's longevity of life and quality of care. I do believe they take our relatives equipment for their own ability to re-use it, claiming it never entered their facility. Very shady business dealings.

My mother was in there for about 3 weeks for therapy and I can’t say enough about the therapy staff! And the nurses were great but the CNAs for the most part were amazing but the others give this place a bad name and I wouldn’t recommend this facility to my dog so many were rude and when they found out she was leaving in 2 days they we didn’t see anyone it was like she’s leaving we don’t have to tend to her anymore! And some on there wouldn’t even smile. Ot was a horrible experience and I didn’t wanna leave my mom there at night! But I want to give a shoutout to Jessica dayshift anything that needs to be done she done it promptly she was amazing, CJ and Melissa in the office were amazing about helping and answering questions! The therapy was the best no doubt but just a few can bring down on a facility! The cleaning girl was so sweet and helpful!

The lady that shaves and bathes the people is amazing, not only is she good at what she does she has a personality plus. Always speaks to you and has a smile for everyone. Thank you very much for keeping my brother so neat and clean.

My father fell and broke his femur. He went into THE CENTER ON AGING AND HEALTH after his surgery for rehab. The staff was so professional and caring to him. Soon he felt at ease. Any questions that we had was quickly answered. PT and OT worked very hard with him and he was soon walking with a walker and help from the PT staff. The facility is so clean and the housekeeping staff was constantly cleaning the rooms and the halls. Nurses and providers worked with family and patient concerning his care. Almost 2 months later dad was released for home and will continue to work on an outpatient basis with PT and OT. I highly recommend.
