So far... SO fantastic! Healing Hearts is an A+ outfit. After just two bookings for a home health aide to watch my pushing-98-years-old mom in her home, Healing Hearts has proved they can really deliver. Unlike a cross-town rival, they are set up for PayPal, so payments are a breeze. Other outfit is in the dark ages, with paper billing, mailed invoices, only taking checks, cash or "keeping" a credit card number on file. Healing Hearts showed me their modern training room with all the up-to-date safety gear required for their aides to keep an elderly person from falling. The woman they sent to watch my mom was a perfect fit and was wonderfully friendly, super-well trained and both assertive and familiar with the seated harnesses, airport chair and gait belt my mom uses to stay safe in her home. The aide even does puzzles with the old gal! Will be booking with Healing Hearts again, as they are super nice and professional at their great little office out by Best Buy in gVegas. Check 'em out!
