Let me tell you about what an absolute horrid place this. First, not responding to call lights at night and patient forced to pee on themselves and left in their urine until morning and the nurse showing up. This may be bad enough to give this place a 1 star rating. But how about topping it all off to have another patient die on site and them calling the wrong family and telling them that their family member died? I will call out that any five star review at this place is most likely from the staff. Their negligence towards patients should be considered criminal

This place is horrible!! If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else or take your loved one somewhere else please do they are so negligent and don’t give a crap about their patients From letting them fall out of there bed and leaving them or letting them pee through their clothes and not changing them for hours, not giving them the meds they need on time or just plane out being rude!!!! I only personally met a few nice people there one of the nurses Brandon was great!!

I just moved here to The Haven of Show Low from The Haven of Sedona I'm giving this place a five-star rating based on how they've made me feel welcome and accepted along with the other patients here a big shout out to head nurse Cinda, nurse James, business manager Pam. And all the rest of the staff for making me feel welcome a few drawbacks in the rooms are kind of small. The place is clean daily and the staff is warm and welcoming. The food is actually served hot and nice and delicious they also feature native American dishes such as native tacos and other such things due to the high frequency of having a native American residence I like it here and hope I can make this my new home.

Every time I visit my loved ones everyone is so quick to help with my every need. I can truly see how well they work as a team filling in and helping when ever needed. Best customer service around! Always have a smile on their face and eager to help wherever necessary. Definitely would recommend to anyone considering a skilled nursing facility.

We frequently deliver patients to Haven of Showlow. The staff are helpful and kind. From the moment we come in the door they are helping the driver get the patient safely settled in. We are in a lot of different buildings and see the difference
