Haven health of saguaro Rehab facility was a nice place,it is clean and friendly. Shannon RN helped me to see things in a bit better light and different. Britney CNA was so very kind to nice to my husband while recovering from hip surgery. While having PT he met Billy and Ronnie they gave hope that he could get back to almost normal. If we had to go to rehab again in the future we’ll chose Haven Health of Saguaro. Thank you for everything.

Clean space, friendly staff. The therapy staff is outstanding! Whitney, OT and Ashley, ST deserve a shout-out for their above and beyond effort with my dad. The reason he's able to go home as good as he is, is because of those 2. I give 4 stars out of 5 because some of the nurses are challenging. you can tell they're not really meant for dealing with people. you interrupt their chit-chatting and they give you the stink eye every time you visit. But I suppose that happens most places.

I live at Haven Health Saguaro valley for over two years. When first admitted here I was bed ridden. I had a few different issues that put me into St. Joseph's hospital and back here again. I have worked my way through physical therapy and have progressed to walking with a walker. I also enjoy working in the garden in the courtyard. Through out my stay here I have seen many very fine CNA's and Nurses. We are like one big happy family. The reason for my review today is to bring attention to one CNA in particular. Miss Juliana Cortez, she is always very attentive, thorough and professional. She always has a smile on her face and a pleasure to be around. She makes my day seem brighter. I feel management should be made aware of the asset we have in Miss Juliana Cortez.

I stayed at Haven Health for 2 weeks and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The food was good, seasoned well and they have certain alternative choices. I got a lot of help from the CNAs and physical/occupational therapy staff. They have activities and the staff do well at keeping the facility clean and safe. I can't remember everyone's name, but I will thank a few: Eric, Mary Lou, Lauren, Jessica, Chelsea, Barbara, Sabrina, Dani, Whitney were all great and really helpful. Sorry to those whose names I didn't mention, they were all great. I would recommend Haven Health if you're looking for a good skilled nursing facility.

I had a very blessed stay here. Not only is the staff amazing but they take care of you every step of the way. They are very attentive, compassionate. It's such a beautiful environment to be in if you have to stay at a rehabilitation center, I am honored to request this facility because they help save my leg literally let me give out the names of the ones I worked closely with and I'll be forever grateful to them. I'm going to list their names but not in particular order. They're all number one in my book. Monica (wound care) she saved my foot better then the care I got from my Dr did she was very attentive and awesome at her job. The receptionist are amazing Kelly, Tara & Browyn they make sure everything is in line. The nurses Anne, Maria, Shanon & Natalia are the ones I was cared for me and they made sure I had my meds and I'm top of my care and keep my pain level at a low. And even tho I made a mistake with my PICC line they took care of it immediately the CNA Deni and Maria and Brittany was on top of their job. Answered is light call in amazing timing. And even getting distracted on the way to get you what you need they wont forget and get you what you need. I have a 6wk treatment and they all made the stay easier and housekeeper Tammy and Maria Laundry keep everything in order. Also want to throw a shoot out to Gene and Paulina for a the activities they had for us. Also a big THANK YOU to Jess (both of them) , Chelsea, Lalo for keeping everything together also the maintenance Weston for all his help and making sure EVERYTHING was working properly and Dr Lee took care of all my concerns and listened to me to take proper care. And OT & PT therapist did amazing to get me back on me feet and my mobility back Billy & Lauren💕💕💕Thank you all for everything‼️‼️‼️‼️♥️♥️♥️
