My grandmother was admitted here following a hospital discharge. The staff did not provide her with meals that aligned with her strict diet, and routinely fed her late. They allowed her to sit in soiled diapers for extended periods, which, by the way, is incredibly dangerous for elderly, as that can lead to a uti and turn septic quickly. The staff didn't even provide water very often... it took family members visiting and demanding that the staff provide something as basic as *water*. There was no refrigerator in the room, so sustenance and hydration depended completely on the staff, unfortunately. Needless to say, the family discharged her ahead of schedule. I'm not really interested in a canned response from management, so don't bother.

This place is great and they take great care of my uncle. The activities they have here for the residents are wonderful. There is snack machines if you want a snack and are visiting. Its very clean and spacious. I wanna say ive witnessed residents family members being rude to the workers. The workers here do what they can and dont ignore anyone when they need something. Sometimes things have to be done in a timely manner and people have to wait there turn. The rooms are nice and get cleaned when they need to be. Thanks for all that yall do. And for anyone reading this give this place a chance and keep in mind this place cant always be perfect.

My interest was in reading a story to those residents interested. I know there are many unable to read due to poor sight, when I asked ms. Laurie, she said residents would rather read for themselves. So how is that possible? I was volunteering !!! If she is management, she does not have the residents best interest at heart. I wanted to speak to the administrator in the first place, that never happened. Cindy

I was visiting a friend who was here temporarily for rehab after his knee surgery. The place was clean and the rooms were pretty nice. My friend complained about the food though. I also know theres a difference in opinions/reviews from a visitor that goes once or twice, verses a family member who's there daily to care for a loved one. So while my experience was positive. I totally understand how a more frequented visitor could have a different opinion.

This place had the rudest staff at night.One Night I asked nicely a worker for some fruit juice for my dad , she said, " that's not my job" t h en I was just riding in the doorbell to get in after 7 pm and Dawn finally came and said for me to calm down, the buzzer was broken......I was calm and collected and she pro needed to harassment and say VERY RUDE things to me. She should be fired. She is awful, trying to pick a fight with me.mosr the ight staff, all they do is gossip and screw around, stay on their cell phone. I would fire all the weekend night shift
