I've been here several times already, visiting my sister. Everytime I come, the staff are always kind, courteous and helpful. The facility is always clean and pleasant. My sister gives it a thumbs up, and for her, that is a definite positive. 👍

I went to visit my grandmother here a few days ago. I must say she just raves about this place. She also has a favorite CNA, which I saw first hand why she's my grandmother favorite. Ms. Lakeria is a huge ray of sunshine and sweet as a button it warmed my heart. To see such a beautiful connection with patient care. Keep up the amazing work golden age.

I cannot speak highly enough about this facility. The entire staff is friendly and engaging with residents and family members. You can tell they actually care about people. I breathe easier knowing that my grandfather is in their care.

This place has caused me to lose all faith in humanity. If you are considering this place for a loved one, please don't. As a current inmate here I am here to set you straight. No one truly cares for you. Call waiting lights go unanswered. Medicines are dispensed wrongly. Upper management shows but does nothing. I was put here 17 months ago and at the first inmate meeting the only thing that we wanted to talk about was the food.17 months later it's still the number 1 complaint. I buy 300 dollars worth of food a month to replace the that cannot be eaten. The food is hogslop at best. Please please consider another nursing that is not owned by the quirks.

While this place is beautiful on the outside,it's the inside you have to worry about. Staff shortage everyday, but don't want to give the employees that want to work overtime. Some overnight staff literally don't do anything with the patients. Will sit and get real comfy. The man over the facility believes everything the nurses say without asking somebody if something happened or what happened. The food is complete garbage and I wouldn't feed it to my dog. The fruit flies are outrageous.. Over all,This place is trash just like any other nursing facility. I feel sorry for the elderly here who don't have anyone to help them Sad situation October 2023
