Would give 0 stars if I could. Changed my dad’s meds without telling the family and did not keep us informed of his moods and behaviors resulting from changing meds. Horrible place. Do not send your loved ones there.

After a successful 6 day respite stay our family decided to move Mom here. It’s been a a very good experience so far. Mom is adjusting well and enjoying activities. Staff was able to navigate the fear of showering from memory loss very creatively. The maintenance director was extremely helpful with move in.

Keota Care Center is a facility filled with love and homeliness. Everyone is treated as family, and in fact a lot of family members choose to work at Keota, wanting to provide the family atmosphere and love that is so important. When entering, you are greeted with a friendly and positive smile from the staff members who will go above and beyond to make your visit as pleasant and positive as possible. 10/10 recommend!

We are so happy with the care our family member is receiving at Keota Health Care Center! Staff take time to really get to know their patients and demonstrate a great deal of compassion. In our experience, residents feel heard, encouraged, and cared for.

My wife Marty has been at KHCC for over three years, and receives excellent care. The nurses and CNA’s are attentive to both her personal and medical needs. She has balanced and healthy meals and a very comfortable living environment. The cleaning staff does a great job and the facility is well maintained, both inside and out. The activities director provides a variety of fun events and treats for all the residents to enjoy. I highly recommend the Keota Health Care Center.
