This was the worst nursing home experience my family has ever had. I strongly urge others to think carefully before sending a loved one here. My grandmother was admitted for physical therapy, but the conditions were unacceptable. There were bugs crawling on her, the facility appeared dirty, and the level of care she received was deeply concerning. The staff often had poor attitudes, and my grandmother was not properly cared for. She was not consistently fed, bathed, or kept clean. At times, she was left sitting in her own waste. In my family's view, she was neglected, and she developed infected bedsores. She was later transferred to the hospital, where she passed away. No family should have to experience what we went through. I wish I had read the reviews before choosing this facility. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this nursing home to anyone. I believe the care provided should be investigated, and I intend to report my concerns to the appropriate authorities. Please think carefully before trusting this nursing home with someone you love.
