My mother in law is in here, and every single staff member except for one lovely woman nurse seems CLUELESS about everything. Just standing around aimlessly acting like deer in headlights when they’re asked a question about the health and status of a patient. Every male nurse we interacted with there seemed like they were there just to collect a check. Short tempered and cut us off when trying to ask questions. The common gathering area is filthy. Floors are black with dirt, tables were left with wrappers and trash. The floor in my mother in laws room was sticky and gross. I had to literally peel my shoes off the floor with every step. Her sheets weren’t even on the bed, and they were also soiled. I feel like these patients are neglected and assumed to be done for. Do better, these people are spending what may be their last moments in y’all’s care and yall act like they’re unimportant. This facility is NOT recommended.
