I am done with this place. Awful. They just don't care. Would not recommend. Has been nothing but issues. Poor staffing alway temps that have no clue. No training or leadership. They can't even get food served correct. Lucky to get a drink during food service. Lucky to get a clean table. Always excuses. Clothing dissappears constantly. Supplies we provide, gone. Dehydration common. Cleanliness is not top priority Do not put your loved one here.<br><br>Called number given in response. Hangs up immediately. Not even a ring. Typical. My mom was in hospital twice in 10 days. UtI and dehydration. Then dehydration. Hospital notes that she was extremely dirty. They are trying now but never lasts. Been down this road many times. Lipstick on a pig. They have always had my number. Maybe try reaching out to me instead of giving a bogus number on line to look like you care. You obviously don't care. All for appearance. I feel bad for all the other patients in memory care that do not have someone there on a daily basis. We should not feel required to be there everyday to make sure our loved ones are being feed and treated okay. I am not the only one. Moving to Juniper memory care.

Loved it at first. Moved my mom in memory care in June 2025. She was at a home with my dad but found out after visiting everyday that she needed much more care. I took her out and she lived with me for 6 months until we sold their house so I could put her in a memory care. I was poa on her but not my dad. After looking at several memory cares I decided to put her in harmony. Told the director she needed to be taken to bathroom as she knows nothing. Also when I feed her sometimes she doesn't always pick up the utensil and will forget to eat. I was quoted 7 thousand a month. Everything went well and she actually got better. In May I guess they had a new staff. I was called in for an evaluation and told since she has to be taken to bathroom more than twice a day it would be extra 500 a month. Also at night sometimes she has to be introduced to a spoon. ( I have been there EVERY DAY since she moved in at lunch time to make sure she eats her 1 meal a day.) Well my brother decided to put my dad there as he found out when I didn't go to the home they were recently in everyday that dad couldn't survive. He moved him in harmony, different room and no discount for 2 parents living there however they ate lunch and supper together even though most the time they didn't know each other. I wouldn't sighn the paper because she had never been evaluated before this and she was one of their easy patience. Well June first I got a prorated bill for May andJune, 13 hundred more! In the mean time mom got a uti and went to hospital on may 26th. She was there for a week then they moved her to skilled nursing for rehab. Needless to say she couldnt even do any rehab. She had to be put on hospice. She was end of life dieing. I didnt want my 94 year old dad to see this so i private paid the skilled nursing facility to keep her. I was TOLD my their new management that i HAD to pay 8,545 for june 6th to june 30th! If i paid it by june 6th she would give me a 25% discount. Guess i was suppose to be happy! I paid 6,986.08 for june 6th to june 30th! Her room was cleaned out june 1st! She died june 14th at skilled nursing and they took every penny of my moms check at harmony!. Really! I would have loved to give the staff a bonus but they kept every penny of it for corporate!! All the good staff is leaving because they aren't treated. Good! Your home is only as good as the staff! Not the people in offices who get the money! Treat your staff good!!! I got chargedand had to pay because I didn't give a 30 day notice, REALLY, HOW UNFAIR! I think I was. Treated very awful! My dad is still there because you have to pay a big community fee to move him where he should be. They get you then they just screw you and don't care about your parents because they know you cant really move thm. Terrible what they do! They never even posted that mom died at front desk like they do for other people. The lady at front desk didnt even know! Im still payed up for 2 more days! Shame on them!!!

Not a place if you are not independent and need help managing medicine. They mismanaged my mother's medicine multiple times, and a few times, she ran out days before she was supposed to. A couple of times she was given no insulin because they didn't order it and did not tell us until the day she was out. She also was not able to get assistance when they were short staffed. When we moved her to a new facility, Harmony sent her with 2 doses of insulin left and had not ordered more. Several other medicines had a week's worth remaining and Harmony neglected to ordered more. Part of their job of managing medicine is ordering it for her and they failed.<br><br>Responding to Harmony 's request to speak with them further - we already spoke to someone at your corporate office and nothing was done. Why would I waste my time contacting you again?

This Private Equity run business does a slick presentation of its facility. The doctor here is good, seems to care for the people who live here. However the upper management is surprisingly disorganized and indifferent to the experience of the families here. The nurses aren’t paid well by Center County rates which becomes apparent within a few days. We arrived after having paid for a room for over a month, with a DME from another facility and the head nurse—new to the facility—was utterly clueless, didn’t have any direction about her medication, there wasn’t even a courtesy roll of toilet paper. Far from the 24/7 care they state on their website, nights went by without anyone checking on my mother who has dementia and mobility issues. Their vetting of residents is rushed and inadequate. There seems to be quite a bit of staff turnover. They are very aggressive with sales and marketing but struggle to deliver their mission—perhaps because it’s disingenuous. Again, there is a reason I suppose, that they had beds readily available and offered a sale on the room-I should have known better. The quality places in town have waitlists. Buyer beware. Not good people.
