Sharing 22 years of experiences visiting a loved one weekly at Foxdale Village who transitioned after years in a cottage to assisted living at Foxdale. While at first glance Foxdale may seem large in comparison to other similar places in the area, it’s charming and comfortable — truly a quaint village. Thinking of so many experiences interacting with residents and the many layers of employees sharing meals, participating in activities and programs and the facilities amenities and beautifully maintained grounds — there really is so much to choose from weekly. I enjoyed watching years of friendships and employee interactions while visiting. It’s a very caring environment. I know my loved one was very happy living at Foxdale for more than 20 years and appreciated the care received. The wellness care exceptional. The thoughtfulness for resident experiences amazing. Always seemed like a very integrative team of people from the employees to the residents at all hours. A really great community in the middle of State College.
