I’m very disappointed with the current state of care at this facility. My father lives here, and the quality has noticeably declined, especially during second shift. There are serious concerns about staffing and professionalism. One caregiver in particular, Alexis, has been very unpleasant to deal with. She has left my parents’ room messy and has displayed a negative attitude, which is unacceptable in a care environment. She’s even told another family member how she’s close with Erica and to speak to Erica if there was a problem .This has not been my experience with other caregivers like Robbie and Zoie, who have been much more reliable and respectful. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of structure and supervision. Caregivers are constantly coming in and out, and many of the newer, younger staff appear to lack proper training and experience. This creates an unsettling environment and does not inspire confidence in the level of care being provided. I do think Erica cares, but there are clear issues with hiring and management that need to be addressed. This facility needs more dedicated, trained, and professional caregivers—especially during second shift

My mom has been living in memory care for a year now. Erica does an excellent job, and administration genuinely cares about the residents’ well-being. The patient care team is really good and I know my mom is in good hands - special thanks to Mo, Brittany, Liv, and Crystal. Jeff and Brandon are great at handling the maintenance and the food is actually pretty dang good thanks to Shane and his team. Five stars ⭐️

My dear Mom has been at Harmony in memory care since January 2024. The first year was a roller coaster. I don’t know how we stayed there but we did. This year has been wonderful. A new Executive director came on board and the way memory care was managed changed. Erika was Activities director and is now the Director of Memory Care. She is amazing! She is calm and listens to everyone about everything. She keeps us all grounded. We have a great nursing team, Moh and Britt, and caregivers who want to be there and love our residents. Go visit lots of facilities and come visit Harmony. It is a hard road but selecting the best fit for your family is important. We are happy there. I can go home and feel like Mom is being taken care of.

My mother has been in Memory Care at Harmony of Mt Juliet (Harmony Square) for almost 10 months. She is doing well there and is happy. The leadership team, especially the Memory Square Director Erica, and care givers/nurses are wonderful and they truly care about the residents. In Memory Care they have alot of activities, great food, outings and the environment is very pleasant and positive. The facility is very nice. My mom feels safe there and loves her apartment. Thankful for the Memory Care team there.

My mom has been in the Memory Care unit at Harmony at Mount Juliet for 3 years, and it’s truly been a blessing for our family. The facility is beautiful, warm, and welcoming. But what matters most to me is knowing my mom is safe, comfortable, getting the necessary medical treatments, and being treated with dignity. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and genuinely care about my mom and the other residents. Since Erica became the director, things have only gotten better. She’s kind, hands-on, and makes sure families are kept in the loop — from updates on daily activities to special events. I also appreciate the educational sessions they hold for families. It gives me peace of mind knowing my mom isn’t just being looked after — she’s in a place where she’s valued and surrounded by people who actively engage with her and want the best for her. I’m truly grateful for the people she is surrounded by and the team that makes it feel like home to her.
