Harmony at Brookberry Farms has been a wonderful assisted living community. The staff is caring, compassionate, and always treats residents with dignity and respect. The community is clean, welcoming, and offers a warm, comfortable atmosphere that truly feels like home. It's clear that the team is dedicated to providing excellent care while creating opportunities for residents to stay engaged and connected. I highly recommend Harmony at Brookberry Farms to anyone looking for a supportive and caring assisted living community for a loved one.

Absolutely beautiful community ran by amazing individuals who put the care of patients and families first and foremost! Jennifer, the Executive Director runs a very tight ship, ensuring care and attention to each resident. Like they were their own direct family member. Excellent choice for those looking for placement for loved ones.

My mom resided at Harmony for about 3 months in their secure memory unit. March-June 2026. Within the first two weeks she was deemed “fully incontinent”. She had never been incontinent during the 6 years at home, she just needed prompting. She proceeded to get multiple UTIs from sitting in dirty Depends. I asked about a urination schedule for the residents to be consistently prompted and the care lead said “we don’t do that here.”<br><br>She was barely showered. Only once a week. Her room was only cleaned once a week. The same puddle of urine was in her closet for two months despite numerous mentions of it needing to be cleaned up. Her sheets were only ever changed by me. I stocked my own cleaning supplies and cleaned whenever I was there.<br><br>There were zero activities, despite a daily schedule being posted. The residents were corralled into the living room and left there with nothing to do all day. Other than the occasional scenic drive, daily programming of activities rarely happened. She completely lost her ability to color and read independently despite her having all the resources provided (by me). No one was supporting her cognition and she experienced significant decline during her short time living there.<br><br>As soon as space became available elsewhere I moved her. She is now a year out living elsewhere and NOT incontinent, only needs prompting, no UTIs, and much better management and support of her continual care.<br><br>The only staff who were transparent and caring were the external staff, PT/OT/SLP.<br><br>Harmony looks beautiful, fresh facilities, and on the face of it seems to have all the things but the reality was a horror show. I encourage you to look elsewhere for proper care.

I moved my mother into Independent Living at Harmony At Brookberry Farm, August 2025 and have been extremely pleased. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Every staff member has been extremely wonderful to work with. They are very caring and you can tell that they love working with seniors. The facility is always clean and beautifully decorated for every holiday. Any maintenance issue has been taking care of in a timely manner. The price is very reasonable and I would recommend this facility to any other family and friends.
