This place is absolutely disgusting. The staff are so mean and the nurses get smart with the residents. If you love your loved one DO NOT LET THEM LIVE HERE!!!

Dirty, water stains on walls, smells like urine. Some of the staff do the bare minimum.

Don't believe what you see in the pictures. Bathroom in rm 105 has water leaking over tub (covered plywood over tub), water leaks from under the toilet, and mold on walls and it smells very bad. People, aids, don't do their jobs with attending to patients needs. They never call you with any important information about your love one. Call buttons don't work in the rooms. AC don't work, rooms are a mess, and they put three people in a room that can only fit two. The bathroom has no lock or even a sign that says occupied. Furniture is old babbling and falling apart. The front doors to the building are always locked, it feels like a prison. This rating of one is way higher then it should be, I give it a -5. This place should be shut down or condemned. The cost for your love one to live here is $14,000.00 a month. Don't send anyone here, not even your worst enemy ... look at my pictures, they are how this place looks.
