Harbor View Manor is a low-income senior housing community in downtown Tacoma, Washington, offering apartments for seniors 55 and older. The 16-story building contains 169 studio and one-bedroom units designed to provide affordable housing to eligible residents.

The community provides a service coordinator to connect residents with community and medical services. Harbor View Manor is structured as a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit property, with maximum rental rates set annually by HUD based on area median income in the county.
