We had made arrangements with them to come every week to stay with my mom. The first couple of weekends wasn’t bad. But then one of the caregivers called me and said that Hannah was making her come in. She sounded very sick. My mom is 83 years old so I told her to stay at home. I had made plans with Hannah for someone to stay with my mom two weeks later in the evening so my wife and I could celebrate our anniversary. I asked the caregiver on that day about it an hour before she was leaving who was coming to relieve her. She said Hannah had just texted her and asked if she could stay, apparently Hannah had forgotten. The next weekend on Saturday nobody showed up, called , texted, or emailed. Needless to say we no longer use their service, if that’s what you want to call it. She is very unprofessional and absolutely untrustworthy.

My husband came home from a rehab facility in May and he has been using Hannah's Care Services since his return home. All of his aides have been great, they bathe him, get him dressed, fix his meals, change his bedding and help him with his exercises. Hannah is very patient with him. I went to Disney for four days and I was able to use their respite services while I was away and did not have to worry if he was being taken care of.

Never used this service but judging by the way they drive I would not ever use them! I was on hwy 10 between Newton and Catawba and witnessed one of their cars in the mile stretch pass a stopped school bus, passed me on a double yellow line and almost rest end a tractor. The speed limit on this section is 50 mph. They had to be going 75 .

We used the agency for several months and the caregivers were excellent, except that they were not trained in the use of a sit-to-stand lift, and the attitude shown to us by the owner was rude and hostile. We would have preferred to keep the caregivers if they had transferred to a different agency.
