This was a horrible experience. I was sent from hospital to rehab after major surgery. For the first week I could not get up. I would call at night and ask to have my sold pants and bed changed and more often than not they nurses or aides would say it's going to be an hour we're changing shifts or I'm going to lunch I'll come after I get back. One night a nurse came in saw I was soiled and said I'm going to wait and see if you poop anymore. He returned an hour later and could not apologize enough as the acid burned my behind. The damage had been done. I was embarrassed and yes assamed that I was so helpless and that my needs had been dismissed and I was one of the lucky patients I could speak for myself and was still treated so incredibly inhumanly imagine if I couldn't. There were some excellent staff members but few and far between. For the most part it was a the most horrible and undignified treatment I could have received.

Do not trust your love. One's life in their hands. The facilities stinks like urine , and they are not checked on as needed, they're poop is not cleaned off them, right? They don't make sure they eat. It's whatever and the head nurse does not do her job, right? My brother was there and nothing was being done to help him.I would not trust my loved one's life in their hands period

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They are rude, disrespectful, and the lack of empathy for being caretakers is outrageous. I could literally go on and on. Do not place your loved one this hell hole. This place is a joke. Please keep looking for a better arrangement for your loved one. Taking anybody to this place is a death sentence.

My father was brought here for end of life care/comfort care. This is one of the worst facilities I have ever seen. The staff clearly does not care for their patients and they don't maintain good communication with each other or the families. I had to beg them to come in and care for my father and at most points, they would become rude and come up with smart remarks. They would thrash around my father, poorly administer medication, and they were just not delicate at all when it came to caring for him. The staff here can be summarized up into three categories: either they do not know what they are doing, they do not care about what they do, or both. I even had to talk with the administrator about the type of care my father was being given and he just came up with excuse after excuse after excuse and stated he will have a meeting with his staff. This place genuinely needs to be closed down because they treat all of their patients this way. The morning staff was better but it does not compensate for the atrocities that the night shift did. Luckily we were able to get my father to a facility who was much more caring. If Kaiser tells you this is the only place you can send your loved one, you need to fight it till the bitter end because this place is falsely advertising their facility through their photos and descriptions of the care they give. I'm giving this place one star because it will not allow me to give any lower of a review.
