Very clean, the staff is very friendly and kind. If I need anything for my person it is taken care of as soon as I bring it to their attention. Food has been good and meal time staff very attentive. The environment is pleasant and outside grounds kept nice. I'm so glad my person can look out the window and see birds, trees, and beautiful things outside. Office staff friendly and easy to communicate with.

Clean facility. Nothing concerning observed. Residents appear well cared for. My family member was clean and appeared well cared for and I was grateful for this. Staff was helpful providing us chairs for seating during our visit. Pleased with the environment.

Both my brother and father have been at Hampshire Center at some point. My father-in-law was also there before he passed. All of them were treated with skilled personnel and caring individuals. This facility is always clean and decorated for all occasions. The outside gardens are enjoyable in the warm weather<br>12/21/2023 Dad was just admitted for therapy. The staff got him settled quickly. Very happy for him
