I Dont Care

Went recently to pick up a friend from here as he said they were mistreating him and he hated it there they were incredibly rude, the place smelled so bad of pee and feces, they are giving patients large bags of pills a day, and when we picked him up they tried to keep him from taking his own oxygen machine that he had before he went there and took him off his narcotics which is highly dangerous and can cause lots of harm for him. Avoid this nursing home at all costs

I'm currently here right now w my twin brother who has stage 4 brain cancer and currently is in hospice care. As of now, I'm not happy w this place and I can assure you that I will be giving an update in a month or two of why I'm so disappointed w this place... a few bad apples has spoiled this bunch and those names will be dropped without hesitation.

My dad was living at The Hammond Nursing home and recently passed away, I just want to say don’t believe any of the bad reviews. Everyone who worked there was very nice, they treated my dad very well, even reheating his food for him when he said it got too cold! I actually heard an attendant ask him if his coffee was hot enough when they served it to him! I have nothing but good things to say about this place! The building is old but my dad didn’t care about that! Don’t be afraid to put your loved one here if your looking for a place.

I hate that I can't just go see my Daddy when I want, you have to make an appointment. Sometimes I just need to see my Daddy and I can't.

This place is horrible! Please do not bring your loved one here. My grandmother was there for 1 week.... Terrible experience I ended up taking her to Forest Manor in Covington! Forest Manor is a much better place
