Eh, kinda feel like some of the nursing staff oversteps their boundaries and breaks the code of ethics. My personal feelings are no one should be involved in personal matters and should just be doing cares only. Not texting outside of cares, not showing messages to the patient from another person while dropping off supplies, and a bit more. Like, that's a bit extreme and it makes me uncomfortable to where I feel like I can't say anything to the company because that causes problems for me since they live in the same town and know the same people/text each other. It has the patient acting negative towards me now when they leave and puts me a in a bad position when trying to do cares for the same patient. I can't talk to the nurse about the issue or what it is doing because she only stops when I am not there or am going to be doing something else and I can't trust that if I text, it's not going to be relayed back to the patient because said patient is saying the nurse is showing them messages from prior. I don't know what to do but like I said, very uncomfortable position to be in.
