Do not send your loved ones to live here. The caregiver attention is divided among 15 other elderly residents - one could argue my grandmother was also neglected. The owners of this facility verbally and emotionally abused my 91yo grandmother. Also while my mom was in the room, they stood over my disabled grandmother, with their voices raised, informing my grandmother that she needed to find another place to live. Worried about my grandmother's physical care, we hurriedly found my grandmother a new place to live. When asked for a return payment for the rest of the unused rent that she paid, the owner insisted that the money was NOT due to my grandmother. Do NOT send your loved ones here to live - they will be neglected, possibly verbally abused by the staff.
