Call button system is never used. Resident called for help and used audio alarm no one came for one hour. Told to pee in her pants. Verbal abuse-yell at resident. Food is always cold. Use personal bathroom medical equipment on all residents. Don't bath residents regularly. Medications not delivered as prescribed. Call for help at 7 a.m. verbally and with audio alarm for two hours before someone helped resident. They need to have their license removed. I would give them no stars if given the choice.

My father in law lives here. The place is clean and the rooms are a decent size. The community is also set back from the road. I like the community and the location. So far, so good!

They took amazing care of my grandpa who recently passed and I can’t thank them enough for how nice and helpful they were to all of us and specially my grandma. You can tell they really care for their residents and I couldn’t have asked for a better facility

Gunnisonville and the staff there are amazing! They all work hard to provide great care for the people that live there.
