Was told they would be able to meet my husband’s needs, far from it! He was left to fall in the shower, told he could not have water because they would not bring him a urinal and he peed in a disposable water pitcher. Was ignored and left with out care for hours on end.

Totally unprofessional on why they would not accept my family member to this facility. Medical records were not looked at and instead made a personal opinion based on her past of smoking. My family member who I am helping is currently in an Non smoking facility way more strict then this place. All the representative brings up is her smoking history which is not an issue because she is not smoking now. And she is comfortable without smoking. They don't care what the facts are and the Medical records and history of the Hospital she was in before the rehabilitation facility she is in now. If you want your family to use this place don't say the S word.

Was at Gulf Pointe for 2 weeks for rehab. I can't say enough about Gulf Pointe! The staff was amazing and very professional. They helped me so much that I didn't want to leave, I felt like a part of their Gulf Pointe family! I 💯 would recommend Gulf Pointe for rehab or living there in the nursing home❤️

From Kathryn, who visited us in the hospital to start the ball, to staff the first day…class acts! Saw how happy all the patients are, including those that live full-time. Tons of activities and interactions. My mom is super excited about her rehab here.

As the Director of Anthem Home Care-Provider Services I can tell you this facility is top notch! They have amazing and caring staff along with a great management team. They keep the lines of communication open when we have had clients in their facility. Highly recommend!
