DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!! I do not recommend this facility. Physical therapy was good, but the nurses are another level of incompetence.

The first night, she received no medication and was unable to sleep. The next night—and every night after—she received her night medicine at 5 PM, and it just sat in her room until it was time for her to go to bed. This is a safety concern; someone could have taken her medication or added something to it.

When my grandmother was out of her room, her roommate witnessed a nurse using my grandmother’s perfume. These nurses do not regularly check on patients. My family and I witnessed my grandmother’s roommate sitting in her wheelchair for hours at a time, and it took them almost an hour after she pressed the call button to get back into her bed.

We are in a drought, yet the water in the bathroom sink wouldn’t turn off and ran constantly. I also saw a nurse hitting her vape at the nursing station, and she immediately hid it when she saw me.

They have designated shower days, but the nurses would skip my grandmother—she only had 3 showers in the 2 weeks she was there. My mother attempted to reach the admissions coordinator about the issues we were having, and there was no attempt at a resolution.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. If your family is here, take them out because they are not being properly cared for. This is unacceptable. I thought y’all were making changes to better this place, but obviously nothing has changed.

I wish my mom had a room mate that spoke English. She likes the food. I noticed and appreciated that the staff took care of a sore on mom’s leg. I did not see any familiar faces. Seems the staff has mostly been changed.
