My friend had a stroke and is paralyzed and hired this company to take care of her for six hours a day five days a week and is paying out of pocket each month and this company knows how critical her care is and they have sent one caregiver in the past three weeks that worked for a few hours one day in Over 3 weeks and she dropped her while transferring her from a recliner to a bedside commode . Praise God nothing got broken but this family has repeatedly as well as I have called and left messages with this company again and they refuse to call back or send adequate care!!!!! And I am a caregiver with Visiting Angels and our company would never allow such a thing to be done to a patient !! So if you’re looking for good caregiving company with responsible loving caregivers that show up and would never miss an hour much less a day or three weeks call Visiting Angels!
