This is the first nursing home facility where I have seen staff literally smile and be very friendly. Especially Stacy who runs the dietary department. Stacy is phenomenal and professional and joyful.She runs a great department.

Had a great experience a little bit of confusion because of vacations, but that’s to be expected when you actually care about your employees hopefully. He was well treated taken care of. Wonderful therapist, both occupational therapy and physical therapy. They were very attentive and made sure that you got your therapy. My husband has a pump that he uses for his diabetes and they were very accommodating, which makes his life much easier.<br><br>We give this rehab and nursing home top honors In Grove City. Everyone there from the cleaning staff to the the dining room and all of the other areas were kind and very cooperative. Their activities and their chapel were always well used . The day before he left, they had an impersonator as Elvis Presley. He was very good. He was well over an hour in his performance, and he just gave everybody in the room, individual attention and made a whole crowd of people smile which sometimes in this situation is very difficult, but when you hear music that was from your era, something awakens and you and remember. It was a wonderful experience to be able to be there with my husband and see all of the great residents enjoying the afternoon and then there were root beer floats, and a bluegrass band In another room, the day was packed with entertainment.

I would not recommend this nursing home to anyone. During my experience over the weekend while visiting a family friend. I witnessed a CNA name Tiffany speaking to residents and other staff members in a disrespectful and verbally abusive manner. No resident deserves to be treated with anything less then dignity, patience, and compassion. The evening RN supervisor was especially unprofessional. Instead of leading by example, she displayed a poor attitude, lacked professionalism, and created an uncomfortable environment for the staff, residents, and visitors. Concerns were not handled appropriately, and communication was often disrespectful. With a bill of $4,000 a month a nursing home should be a place where families can feel confident their loved ones are safe, respected, and well cared for. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

this place cares about nothing but money. DONT send anyone here. they lie about services and are nothing but criminals. my father was there less then a month and had already developed a sore on his body. they kept telling us they would place him into room after an assessment, but they kept delaying this for days, until finally they moved him after days and days of phone calls. then after all this they finally said they had to transfer him to another facility. the administrator said this transfer would happen pretty quick, then we found out it wouldn’t happen for about a full week, which would cost us 300$ a day because insurance wouldn’t cover the cost. i will be referring this facility to my attorney and to the state for proceedings regarding care. the administrator is condescending, argumentative, and a liar. they don’t return phone calls and when they do it’s days later. my father was there less then a month and they had lost almost all his clothes. how hard is it to keep track of laundry??? was this problem fixed, nope. were we reimbursed for his missing clothes, nope. but boy they billed for every single thing they could, i’m surprised they didn’t bill for the air residents breath. do not consider this place for a faculty ever, you will be saving yourself and your loved one a lot of pain and discomfort. how places like this remain open ill never know.
