It has been the best experience I have had with a rehab. The nurses and Kevin who always comes in and helps my mom with whatever she needs, it's just unbelievable how caring Heidi and Carly the floor nurses are.. physical therapy is the best. If you could of seen my mom when she came here she hardly move open her eyes, talk or anything else. Now her eyes are open she talks and goes to physical therapy I could go on and on. I want to thank everyone at Grove very much. Even if I didn't mention your name you are still very much appreciated. Colleen/Maggie I came in on May 29th about 3:15 p.m. first thing my mom says I told the class I need pain medicine, so went to let nurse know but she wasn't at her station. I had two different classes come into mom's room at different times and said my mom needs pain medicine., 3:45 Well I waited and waited and no nurse. Now it's 4:00 and can't find the nurse I went from room to room looking for Christinea no nurse to be found, wasn't at front desk either. Now I'm getting upset so I went looking for help front desk personal was new didn't have a clue how to help. So I start walking the hall 200 and found Carly, she could only help by trying to find our nurse for floor 300, she said she might be taking a smoke break, I laugh because that's the longest smoke break I have ever heard of. Well guess who shows up at her station at 5:00, with a attitude. Christina starts telling me she's been there is 11:00 and no break. Sounds like you have a problem with management, I told her people are hollering for their pain medicine and your CNA knew it . She said her CNA never told her, I said they couldn't find you to tell you anything so don't blame them,it's your fault for leaving your station and not telling anyone where you're at. Christina should of let someone know she needed a break. I give the Grove a one for Christina treating her patients for leaving them wanting their pain medicine and leaving her CNA wondering where is she and having to listen to patients hollering for their pain medicine. Why is this nurse haveing to work without a break and has to leave patients in pain? That is why you get a one rating on Friday May 29,2026.

My Uncle just arrived at the center 2 days ago staff seem great and are always friendly and accommodating. I would like to see him attending more activities. I’m not sure if staffing allows for them to wheel him flown to the activities but I would be so grateful if they could.

The staff at the Grove is amazing! From all the ladies at the front desk, behind the front desk, everybody I have spoken to has been super helpful and kind. Looks like it gets pretty busy around there at times and I think they all deserve a nice free meal or a night on the town, especially a raise! I can't say enough about the Grove and it's staff. If I am ever in the position to be in a place, in that situation I want to be a patient at the Grove specifically. Thank you all and it makes me look forward to getting old!

My Mom is so happy at The Grove! The staff that coordinate all of the amazing activities are fantastic. From bingo to nail day to dinner and a movie to move and groove and all the outside visitors they bring in (therapy animals and many musical groups). Fantastic staff like Lynn and Tina go above and beyond. They celebrate every holiday with the residents! They know the residents like they are their family and they will go and find them if they are a regular and did not show up for an activity. So much gratitude for making Mom happy every day and keeping her active!
