Horrible place. My great aunt was sent to this facility as a transfer, we were later notified by the facility that they had no records of her being a transfer and had no information on her whatsoever. Fast forward about 2 months later we go to pick her up for her birthday after calling and confirming with staff we would be able to pick her up. We show up to sign her out and they tell us they can’t find her in the system and later discover and let us know she was discharged and taken to the emergency room. NO ONE NOTIFIED US. We get to the emergency room and she now has a severe infection and is needing multiple surgeries.whole family is livid. She will not be going back and I will be warning everyone I know not to send relatives here.

The Staff is Incredibly Wonderful . They Go Above and Beyond For Their Residents , By Making Them Feel Comfortable to Getting The Proper Care They Need . The Facility Is Clean And Well Maintained For The Staff and Residents . The Staff Communicates With Families About The Care Of A Loved One So They Can Have A Peace Of Mind When They Are Not Around , The Staff At This Facility Rocks I would Highly Recommend to Anyone Looking To Get Care For A Loved One .

I spoke with Samantha, the Admissions Director, about placing my grandmother for rehab, and she was amazing. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and was so kind and patient throughout the call. It really helped ease my nerves and made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. 💛

By far, the very nicest, well run nursing home that I’ve ever been to, and I have visited a few! We visited for 6 days from Oregon while our sister’s son is out of country, our sister is close to transitioning and both Malcom and Kristen assured us that Ann would have extra one on one time during the gap until our nephew’s return; we’re ere grateful!
