Our Dad has lived at Gross Assisted Living for over a year. The staff treat him like Dad/Grandpa, check on him often and help him with whatever he needs. He's happy there and feels secure. Living alone was getting difficult for him. He says this is his new home. Thank you! Gross Assisted Living is highly recommend.

Lost clothes in laundry. Rooms are cold. One shower a week. No cook, staff take turns, I guess. Hot meals served cold occasionally. Rates too high for “services” provided. Moved mom to a different residence. She doesn’t like it, she loves it!

I found everyone at Gross Assisted Living caring and compassionate during the time my Dad was there. They treated him and the rest of my family like Family....
