It is never an easy to help a parent who needs care, especially if you are far away, which is why I am incredibly grateful for Griswold Home Care headed by Brandon. We had a very difficult situation with aging and illness, and Brandon and his team worked tirelessly to come up with the best solutions. If you are looking for home care in the Houston area, I would highly recommend using this company. They truly care about their clients, and they are always willing to go above and beyond.

Finding professional, dependable caregivers is oftentimes a difficult task. Griswold services were absolutely excellent! Viking, a co-owner, was professional, great communicator, and provided caregivers who were excellent, compassionate and timely. We used their services for four weeks for a family member who had broken an arm and had surgery. When we, or others, need caregivers again, Griswold will be are only call! Can’t say enough good things about this business.

My Dad already left a review ~8 months ago after my Mom (who has dementia) fell and broke her hip, but I felt compelled to leave my own additional review because Griswold has proven even more invaluable to our family since then. The twice weekly care given to my Mom when my parents still lived in their house morphed into increasing care as she lost more mobility after moving to a nearby retirement community. The respect, care and individual attention given to my 85+ year old parents is a gift I'm confident is very rare. I get emotional recounting the examples of their support, but here I go: -Providing special, personal and educated information/guidance when we didn't know what we were doing or who to go to -Getting 24/7 rapid response and support from a respectful caring team who understands the ins and outs of these situations - priceless -Immediate and seamless partnering with the retirement community home health team when my Dad had a hospitalization that required a need for unexpected and immediate support for my Mom -Communicating with me (as the secondary) when they couldn't reach my Dad or just wanted to keep me updated and channels are always open I had talked to Brandon multiple times before finally meeting him (on a Sunday morning at my parent's apartment). He was just who/what I expected - gracious, informative, open and personable. He was already a trusted advisor and friend to my Dad. Now, I see him as the same! You won't regret reaching out to Griswold Home Care for West Houston!

Griswold Home Care was a lifesaver after my mother had surgery and was expected to take months to recover. Thanks to Brandon and his team, they came in and took over the responsibilities that I couldn’t handle while living in another city. The members of his staff were very attentive and my mother’s assigned personal caregiver was professional and compassionate. A huge thanks to the Griswold Team for making our lives much easier.

Griswold Home Care West Houston really came through for us on very short notice! We needed weekend coverage for my 101 year old father. The staff who came took very good care of him! The handwritten notes documenting the shifts are much appreciated. I especially appreciate how Brandon went to the facility each time a new staff person was joining my dad's care team for a smooth transition. Griswold will be my first call whenever we have a need for home care staffing!
