If I could give 10 stars, I would!! April at Griswold Home Care Agency has been a real blessing to our family. We met three years ago, and she helped us secure a truly caring and compassionate caregiver for our father. He is still helping with our father five days a week and is beyond reliable. Not only does our caregiver do all the things we expect, but he also helps out in so many other ways and we couldn't be more grateful. April and her team have been very responsive to our family's needs, and Griswold Home Care has even referred others for specific needs even when it doesn't benefit their business. We don't feel like a customer, we feel like a good friend. Thank you for making these last few years better for our beloved dad and the whole family.

Great care , caregiver bennet is very knowledgeable attentive, and very good with service dogs an answer to a prayer .In just 2 days of care from this future surgeon I feel like a person again. I had severe TBI and have recovered from very severe injuries. My family has been praying for an emergency caregiver for this week and prayers answered. Bennet is excellent with my life support dogs and even their German shepherd and labby doggie quirks. Bennett is a necessary asset to the medical field 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏. A Godsend and I can only pray to have a permanent caregiver like this. I give my highest recommendation. I’m a retired field medic / retired licensed medical practitioner I’m very happy to know that someone like Bennett is perusing the medical field. He has a gift from God for helping those who need help the most God bless Mr. nurse Bennett!!🙏🙏🙏🙏

April's presentation on Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care was insightful, interactive, and even a little light-hearted for such an intense topic. I had several takeaways that will help me support our aging folks. Most importantly, I walked away with a reassurance that forgetfulness and aging is typical and we can empower each other and ourselves to continue to live a meaningful life. I look forward to learning more from April - she is a compassionate & knowledgeable presenter.
