I contacted this home health agency to get assistance for my father because I wanted him to receive compassionate, respectful care in his own home. Unfortunately, the aide they sent did not respect my father's home or his personal belongings, which was very disappointing and unprofessional. When you trust a home health agency with the care of a loved one, you expect their staff to treat both the person and their home with dignity, courtesy, and respect. That was not our experience. Based on what we went through, I cannot recommend this agency. If you want your loved one to be treated with the care, dignity, and respect they deserve, I would suggest looking for another provider. This place is awful, and so is the owner Patrick. Very rude, abrupt and extremely unprofessional. Stay away.

Spoke to owner about obtaining services for my mother because I had complaints about the another company and wanted to chaznge. She made excuses for this other company and did not accept us as a client. If someone is telling you there are issues, you need to listen. The company I complained about left my mother alone on several occasions. So I had to scramble to get another company since Griswold denied me.

I was referred to Griswold by a family member who highly recommended them from past family services. Carla and Kathy are very professional and trustworthy and provided top notch home care for my mother. I highly recommend them if you live in New Castle County, DE.

I cannot say enough about the team at Griswold. Theresa and the team are wonderful. I am the only family member left to help care for my mom and it can be overwhelming. Griswold was able to provide caregivers who were absolutely incredible. Providing loving care and going the extra mile. Griswold was always able to assist last minute when I needed urgent services. Charmaine and Kendra are one in a million! Having Griswold took so much worry off of my shoulders.

Griswold's office team is the same on the financial side! I recommend Griswold 100% for their total commitment to good care for the patient, customer service for the family, and being so easy to work with!
