My mom recently had a stroke and required someone to be with her the first couple weeks home from the hospital. There were several days that I could not be with her and other family members were not available. We needed a Home Health Aid for several days but I was concerned that we would not be able to find a good match that my mom would feel comfortable with. I reached out to Griswold's Bethlehem office for help. They were amazing! Deysha's friendly voice greeted me on the phone and she was at our house the same day to meet my mom and to do the intake. She provided a wealth of information and support AND matched my mom to an aid that was just perfect! The process of hiring Griswold was easy and seamless. My mom's aid was tenderhearted, compassionate, friendly, and fun to be around. Griswold's professionalism and their exceptional ability to meet the needs of their clients is why I will ALWAYS recommend them to others and why they will be the first call we make should we need Home Health support in the future. A huge shout out to Deysha and Vivian. You knocked it out of the ball park! Thank you so much Griswold for helping us navigate through a challenging season and for providing us with the support we needed.

When my Godmother and aunt was brought home for hospice after a cancer diagnosis, things moved very fast as far as her decline. My uncle and I quickly found that we needed help to supplement her hospice care. Griswold expedited our intake and we felt assured she'd receive the best care overnight, allowing my uncle to get some rest. Upon meeting Alyssa, our Client Care Specialist, in person, I discovered I knew her from a "previous life" adding further validation Griswold was the right choice for us. Unfortunately, my aunt declined rapidly so we only had care for a very short period. However, we were very happy with the attention she received, the interactions we had and the easy payment setup arrangement. I would recommend Griswold for your loved ones.

We were blessed enough to be introduced to Griswold through a social worker at the hospital. My dad needed varying levels of care based on his health concerns that changed from time to time, due to hospitalizations, etc. The team at Griswold was respectful, kind, loving, and truly cares for the well-being of the caregivers as well. They treated us all like family. Alyssa went above and beyond with communication, attention to detail, and care, even to the point of attending my dad’s services after his passing. Shontae, his caregiver, was just incredible! It was always clear that she loved my dad, and handled his challenges smoothly and in love. She will always hold a special place in our family’s hearts. We are so grateful for the work you all do, and for the love you do it with.

Alyssa, Amy, and Michelle have been worked very hard to get my mother, Kathleen, the care she needs. Alyssa was especially helpful! She assigned my mother Lily who is kind, friendly, thoughtful, and attentive. My mother really loves her! Ashiah was also very friendly and thorough too. If you have a loved one who needs elderly care, then I highly recommend Griswold.
