2/7/26 - Griswold Care Pairing Review My wife and I care for our 47-year-old stroke victim son who lives with us. To take a planned 2-week trip, we arranged to have 24 hr. nursing care through Griswold Care Pairing. This was the first time using this service and the Owner, Bob Bonville, simplified the process, reviewed our needs, and found a suitable nurse. Because of a last-minute illness of the scheduled nurse, Bob quickly found a suitable replacement. Brandi Grice was the nurse we used while away. Being a similar age to our son, Brandi quickly developed a rapport which improved their communication and working together. Brandi was personable, friendly, and she was helpful with things our son could not do fully by himself. She helped with light house cleaning, doing laundry, bathing, and cooking. She also did light grocery shopping and took him out to local restaurants for a pleasant change of pace. We were able to stay connected with her by phone or texts as needed. When the winter storm delayed our return journey, Brandi was flexible and stayed an extra 2 days. This relieved the concerns the storm had created. All financial arrangements were made ahead of time and weekly payments drafted automatically from our bank account or credit card. Again, one less worry. We were impressed by the professionalism and compassion displayed throughout the process by Griswold and Brandi. The she provided attentive, reliable care, allowing us to enjoy our trip with peace of mind knowing our son was well cared for.

Griswold care provided loving and caring caregivers when we needed them. Bob communicated very well and was quick to respond to us in a timely and effective manor and going out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with everything and everybody. I would highly recommend!

Bob was extremely accommodating with my father. Loved the fact that he offered 24/7 care with the same caregiver for one week at at time and then switched caregivers. Much less confusing for my father at the end and amazingly, much more affordable as well. Dad loved both his caregivers. Would totally recommend to anyone.

I called Bob at Griswold in a panic because my Mom was being discharged from the hospital and we didn’t have care in place yet. Within hours he was meeting us at the hospital to go over things and had care lined up. His willingness to help was greatly appreciated. We ended up not needing to use Griswolds services but I would call them again in a heartbeat if the need comes up again.

Griswold Home Care, Bob Bonville and his entire team are absolutely incredible to work with. To top it all off, Juliet Myton is by far the most caring, compassionate and committed caregiver you could ever imagine. She’s off the charts exceptional when it comes to taking care of her clients and took incredible care of our 94 year old mother for the last 14 months of her life. It was a beautiful thing to witness and gave us peace as a family to know someone took care of mom with the same love that we did as her children. We learned through this process how important it is to partner with a firm who works hard to understand the specific needs of the client and that clear lines of communication are established early and remain open at all times. Bob Bonville was a pleasure to work with in this regard. He listens, is extremely responsive and goes the extra mile to make sure he delivers a quality service. I’m not saying we didn’t have to navigate the early days of mom settling into a caregiver model, but Bob and his team showed patience each step of the way. I highly recommend Griswold, Bob and team to care for your loved ones. They will be cared for extremely well! Chris Pratapas
