They might be good people but when they do bad they don't take responsibility they let one of there works abandon and mistreat a 75 year old and THERE worker and still won't comment or even at least apologize even when the news is involved but of course no shame from anyone of them I'm really glad they have helped so many but they need to be responsible for there workers our parents are supposed to be safe

Beware the aides they provide if you have a loved one with diminished mental capacity. I am not sure if they vet their aides or not but I would hope they do as someone who is in the process of looking for the services they provide. Please reference the news report on WMBF about one of their aides doing a quitclaim deed on a patient's home who had Parkinson's, as well as a brain injury, then on top of that did not even have the smallest amount of empathy to notify the family that the Dad had passed until 3 days after. Shame on you!!

Griswold has been a lifesaver for us.When I as caretaker have to complete time-consuming errands, there is grave danger in leaving my severely disabled wife all alone. Griswold has always worked hard to find us competent and caring aides to fill this void. We are so grateful for their kindness and vital service.

We have been extremely happy with Griswold staff and carers. They are easy to reach and are quickly responsive, and not living in the area where mom is makes that very important to me. Her carer is helpful, a great companion and proactive. I thought it was going to be difficult finding good carers, but needed look no farther than Griswold.
