Its basically a 55 and over community. Be careful of the stop signs on the main drag of first gate towards 501. Most people dont see them till they've already run them.

Two pools and two hot tubs. As of today 11/22/25 none are useable. The indoor hot tub has not worked in about a month, outdoor hot tub has not been working for Three weeks. Not sure who the manager or Manager's are but you shouldn't have a job

This community is so much fun. Neighbors that care about neighbors. Everyone waves as you walk or drive by. It's a nice way to live.

I love living here. The people are so nice. You have so many activities to do it is worth the fee you pay My daughter lives in nmb and she pays almost as much as we do for only a pool My son in law says it's like living on a cruise ship without the ship

Excellent facilities. Great looking community. They are manufactured homes built on foundations. Quality and finish are terriffic. Enjoy living here. It is not a mobile home park. The houses are moved into place on trucks.
